Welcome to Haro Hive. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all site users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Information

All Haro Hive products are handmade in small batches using traditional methods. We make every effort to present accurate product descriptions, images, and details. However, due to the nature of handmade goods and seasonal variation, appearance may vary.

Infused honey and other food products are produced under the Texas Cottage Food Law. Labels on applicable items will include this statement:

“This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.”

4. Pickup & Local Delivery Only

In accordance with Texas Cottage Food Law, we do not offer shipping for any food items. All orders must be fulfilled via:

  • Local Pickup — available at a designated location in Sealy, TX.

  • Local Delivery — to addresses in the Sealy/Katy area only, selectable at checkout.

If you are outside of the eligible delivery area, you will be responsible for picking up the order at the address specified. Please verify your delivery address or pickup preferences before confirming checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@harohive.com within 7 days of your pickup or delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve it.

6. Subscriptions

Haro Hive offers a quarterly subscription box, The Hive Drop, for local customers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and fulfilled via local pickup or delivery, per your selected method at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for boxes already prepared or delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product names, logos, illustrations, packaging, and written content—is the property of Haro Hive and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Haro Hive is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products beyond the original purchase price. Products are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected during checkout or newsletter sign-up is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in Texas courts.
