At Haro Hive, each item is carefully crafted by hand using traditional methods and local ingredients. Because our products are made in small batches and fall under Texas Cottage Food Law, we are unable to accept returns of food items. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
Refund Eligibility
We gladly offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product.
Damaged on Delivery: If the item is damaged at the time of delivery or pickup.
Product Quality Concern: If there is an issue with the quality of the product upon delivery.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. Include your order details and a photo if applicable.
How to Request a Refund

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Items returned after 7 days
Opened or used products
Custom-labeled or special request items
Honey and infused products that meet expected quality and are not damaged or incorrect
Local Pickup & Delivery Policy
Since we only offer local pickup or hand delivery (Sealy/Katy, TX and nearby), you are responsible for being present at the time of pickup/delivery or for designating someone who is. Missed pickups or deliveries may be rescheduled but are not refundable.
